EGO Meditation

Stare at the black dot and watch your ego fade away.
This occurs due to the Troxler Effect phenomena, an optical illusion where an unchanging stimulus in the peripheral vision fades and disappears when you fixate your gaze on a single point for an extended period, demonstrating the brain's ability to filter out constant, non-essential information to focus on changes. This "fading" happens because sensory adaptation occurs; neurons in the visual system become less responsive to the steady input, causing the brain to essentially ignore the "EGO's" stimulus.
